Sifen Shiferaw Arega

Sifen currently serve as the Women Peace Building Engagement Project Coordinator at the Ethiopian Evangelical Church Mekane Yesus Development and Social Services Commission (EECMY-DASSC). She is actively involved in women’s advocacy, contributes to the Communications team, and serves as a board member and chairperson for the EECMY-Children and Youth Ministry. Outside of work, she is passionate about providing support and counseling to others. Sifen has a MA in Organizational Leadership and a PGD in Theological Studies.

Bikila Garomsa Gamachu

Bikila is a passionate follower of Jesus Christ who loves people and is dedicated to sharing the Gospel with unreached people groups, particularly in the 10/40 Window and across Africa. He serves as coordinator of Cross-Cultural Sending at Headway International Ministries and mentors and coaches young leaders. Bikila runs a thriving perfume business, firmly believing that “business is mission.”

Betelhem Gebre

Betelhem is a missionary and a mom. She is a disciple of Christ and loves to disciple others to be like Him.

Tseday Gebreamlak

Tseday is an Informatics Nurse Specialist and is passionately committed to making a meaningful difference in healthcare. She loves astronomy, enjoys swimming, and is devoted to raising her two children in a God-centered, people-loving way.

Dr. Mihret Gebrehiwot

Mihret is a medical doctor and assistant professor of pediatrics, and presently works at Mindray Global. Married and a mother of one, she loves serving in children’s ministry at Faith Bible International Church.

Bethlehem Kassa

Bethlehem is a follower of Christ, a wife, and a mom who brings intention and care to the coffee industry. She loves exploring new things and believes deeply in growing together as a community in everything she does.

Demelesh Lemma

Demelesh holds a double MA in Transformational Leadership & Change and in Global Studies & International Relations as well as a PGD in Theology. He has served with Food for the Hungry International and is presently with Harvest International where he serves as their Horn of Africa Coordinator, training and mobilizing church leaders for wholistic ministry.

Fekadu Petros

Fekadu Petros is a lawyer and practices commercial law in Ethiopia. He is also a professor of law at the School of Law, Addis Ababa University.

Beliyu Semagnegzier

Beliyu is loved and forgiven by the Lord Jesus. She is passionate about coaching and mentoring others. She is a business and startup coach and trainer.

Eyoel Solomon

Eyoel is a leader and entrepreneur at KIBIR Ministry and is dedicated to helping young men achieve success through mentorship and guidance. Eyoel lives in Addis Ababa with his wife and their two young daughters. Outside of his legal practice, Fekadu serves on the leadership team of CMC Genet Church.

Maraba Ulfina

Maraba is the founder and Managing Director of the Center for Peace and Leadership Development(CPALD) based in Addis Ababa. Over the past five years, he has been coaching and training organizations in leadership development, peacekeeping, and conflict resolution. He also serves as a life coach, empowering individuals to achieve personal and professional growth.

Alemtsehay Yemane

Alemtsehay loves working with young changemakers who strengthen communities through values-based planning and facilitation. Her mentoring style is rooted in deep listening and reflective questions, helping people gain clarity and lead with purpose. She focuses on building trust, resilience, and personal growth.
